Customer Service Educator

Responsibilities:

  • You will need to have customer service related areas and demonstrated ability in presenting and engaging a wide range of audience e.g. schools, community and enterprises.
  • Manage the visitors and conduct tours based on scripts provided;
  • Answer queries pertaining to the exhibits and contents;
  • Perform basic start-up and shut down of exhibits;
  • Perform basic functional checks on equipment at the exhibit centre;
  • Perform basic housekeeping before closing every day;
  • Conduct tours in a manner that is safe and free of any biases (e.g. gender, race, religion) at all times;
  • Ensure that the visitors do not vandalise the furniture, fixtures and exhibits at centre;
  • Provide assistance at or out during events organized by external customer, when required;
  • Prepare and distribute collaterals to visitors in and around centre or other events/locations, as and when required;
  • Assist in the stock check of premiums when required;
  • Perform administrative duties related to the operations (e.g. recording of visitorship and filing of documents);
  • Provide assistance in basic first aid; and
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks that are assigned by authorized personnel.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or 2 years of experience in IT or service industry
  • 2 rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday – 1st shift: 9.30am to 6.30pm 2nd shift: 11.30am to 8.30pm
  • 5-day week. No fixed weekend rest day
  • Salary+ allowance + bonus + loyalty bonus
  • Singaporean only
  • Must be proactive and possess good working attitude.
  • English & Mandarin speaking in order to host the Chinese visitors
